COVID-19 PROCEDURES

We have implemented extra steps necessary to promote the safety and health of our staff and clients. We ask everyone to maintain physical distancing by properly leashing and restraining their pets in the lobby, we are disinfecting contact surfaces, and using sanitized touch styluses for customer contact surfaces. We are utilizing a telephone protocol to avoid cross contamination where each handset is properly disinfected and assigned to a single staff member for the day. As such, we are not always able to answer the phone when it rings. There are set times throughout the day in which we check our messages and return calls so PLEASE leave a voicemail to make an appointment. We WILL call you back.

Please note, that due to an observed increase in pandemic related anxiety in our Hot Diggity dogs, we have SUSPENDED the optional play group for the foreseeable future. Increased anxiety leads to increase frustration and potential for aggression and we strive to provide optimal safety for everyone, staff and dogs, in our care. Every dog has an opportunity for individual time to stretch their legs, get water, and play with us and their canine family members. We will announce when we return to utilizing the optional play group.

Unique boutique shopping

We have a FUN variety of unique items for you to browse! Stop in today for healthful treat options, CBD oil/treats, plush and dental toys, candles, and home grooming supplies!

A la Carte

We offer a variety of a la carte services including: nail trimming, nail filing, anal gland expression, toothbrushing, ear cleaning, and maintenance brushing. These services may be performed without a full-service appointment, but we do require a call ahead to ensure availability.

Bath

All of our baths include: oatmeal shampoo, conditioner, nail trim, ear cleaning, blow dry, brush out, anal glands if needed, fragrance, and bow/bandana.

Mini groom

Includes bath service plus- Trimming the face, feet, sanitary area, and undercarriage.

Full groom

Includes bath service plus- A full body cut all over- Any breed cuts, shave downs, light trims all over, specific styles, any hair cut for the body is a full groom.

Shedless Treatment / Undercoat removal

High quality shampoo and conditioner to loosen undercoat and dead hair, followed by a series of hand tools to pull out excess coat. Results vary per pet.
